Sample Quality Control Specialist

About the role

Raaha Garments is seeking a dedicated Sample Quality Control Specialist to join its Tiruppur facility. The role is focused on inspecting garment samples throughout production to ensure they meet internal standards and buyer specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect garment samples at each production stage, reviewing measurements, workmanship, fabric quality, trims, prints and embroidery.
• Identify defects, document findings, and coordinate corrective actions with sampling, production, and merchandising teams.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate quality records.
• Support pre‑production meetings to anticipate and prevent quality issues in bulk orders.
• Assist in compliance with relevant certifications and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to quality and sustainability.

Required profile

• Strong background in quality control and assurance for garment sampling and production.
• Experience in apparel manufacturing, preferably with knitwear and woven garments.
• Ability to read and interpret tech packs, measurement charts, and buyer quality requirements.
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset, and collaborative attitude.
• Familiarity with international compliance standards and licensed merchandise requirements is an advantage.
