Sales Trainer – Voice & Accent & Corporate Communication

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Voice & Accent and Corporate Communication Trainer to elevate the spoken English and overall communication effectiveness of our customer‑facing teams. The trainer will work mainly with employees who interact with international customers, especially from the US and UK, focusing on pronunciation, accent neutrality, voice modulation, fluency, confidence, and professional telephonic communication.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Voice & Accent training for new hires and existing staff.
• Coach employees on accent neutralization and clear international English.
• Improve pronunciation, articulation, stress, rhythm, and speech clarity.
• Teach voice modulation techniques including pitch, pace, tone, and intonation.
• Enhance telephonic communication skills for international customer interactions.
• Provide Corporate English speaking training covering grammar, vocabulary, and professional language.
• Facilitate mock calls, role‑plays, and practical exercises based on real sales and customer‑service scenarios.
• Listen to live or recorded calls, identify improvement areas, and give one‑on‑one feedback.
• Develop targeted training modules based on common communication gaps.
• Conduct pre‑ and post‑training assessments to measure progress.
• Create training materials, drills, and periodic refresher sessions.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience delivering Voice & Accent or corporate communication training.
• Strong expertise in accent neutralization, pronunciation, phonetics, and speech clarity.
• Proven ability to improve telephonic communication for international audiences.
• Experience designing and delivering structured training programs.
