Sales Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Trainer to boost the performance of our sales team at Noguilt, a multi‑brand wellness group. The trainer will design, deliver and continuously improve training programs that equip consultants with strong sales techniques, product knowledge and customer handling skills.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales training curricula covering techniques, product knowledge and customer interaction.
• Conduct engaging training sessions for new hires and existing consultants, using role‑plays, workshops and real‑life scenarios.
• Monitor trainee progress, provide feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement.
• Maintain consistency of training content with Noguilt’s brand standards and business objectives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through performance metrics and adjust programs accordingly.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Sales Trainer, preferably within health and wellness.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities, capable of engaging groups up to 30 participants.
• Proven ability to design and deliver training programs independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in arts, business management or education.
