Sales Trainer – GLP-1 & Type 2 Diabetes

About the role

Sugar.fit is a health‑tech platform dedicated to Type 2 Diabetes management and metabolic health transformation. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Trainer to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for sales teams focused on GLP‑1 and Type 2 Diabetes solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop onboarding curricula, playbooks, SOPs, call scripts, and objection‑handling frameworks for new and existing sales hires.
• Create assessments, quizzes, certification modules, and role‑play simulations, updating content based on market feedback.
• Train sales teams on product offerings, translating complex healthcare concepts into clear, patient‑friendly messaging while ensuring compliance.
• Conduct mock calls, shadow live consultations, and provide structured performance feedback.
• Identify performance gaps, design targeted improvement plans, and track impact through defined KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Medical teams to align training with campaign messaging and product launches.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales training and adult‑learning methodologies.
• Strong background in consultative selling and objection handling.
• Ability to coach performance using data‑driven feedback.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Process‑oriented with a results‑focused mindset.
