Sales Trainee – Leadership Program (Finance)

About the role

The Sales Leadership Program (SLP) at Aditya Birla Capital is a fast‑track graduate scheme designed to develop future sales leaders in the financial services sector. As a Sales Trainee you will join a structured induction and receive continuous learning support while working across multiple sales and distribution channels.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales of financial products and achieve targets as defined in the goal sheet.
• Deploy effective marketing strategies to promote financial offerings.
• Provide pre‑ and post‑sales support and services to customers and clients.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and partners, aligning to their requirements.
• Plan manpower, lead a team, and support team members in meeting deliverables.

Required profile

• MBA or PGDM with specialization in Sales & Marketing or BFSI.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience.
• High professionalism, motivation and ability to perform under pressure.
• Willingness to work from any location and travel regularly within the assigned zone/region.
• Strong learning agility and ambition for a long‑term sales career.
