Sales Team Leader – International Sales (UK Market)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Sales Team Leader to drive our UK market operations for Future Next Academy. Based in Gurugram, you will work directly with the founder, guide a team of counsellors, and personally close high‑intent prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily sales activities, set priorities, targets and follow‑up plans.
• Review call recordings, provide actionable feedback on discovery, positioning, objection handling and closing.
• Conduct daily huddles, role‑plays and one‑on‑one coaching sessions.
• Join supervisor calls and handle high‑intent prospects and complex objections yourself.
• Drive timely follow‑ups, recover stalled opportunities and ensure enrolment and payment completion.
• Own team enrolment and revenue targets, monitor conversion rates and address performance gaps.
• Maintain CRM discipline with accurate notes, pipeline stages and scheduled next actions.
• Improve sales scripts, objection‑handling resources and onboarding processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of inside sales, education sales or consultative B2C sales experience, including at least 1 year of direct team leadership.
• Proven track record of personally closing sales and helping a team achieve revenue targets.
• Excellent spoken and written English with confidence to engage UK prospects.
• Strong ability to diagnose stalled deals and guide counsellors toward clear next steps.
• Willingness to work from the Gurugram office during UK business hours.
