Sales Team Lead – EdTech

About the role

Accredian, a fast‑growing edtech company founded in 2018, is looking for a dynamic Sales Team Lead to build and manage a high‑performing sales force. You will be responsible for driving enrollments for its professional upskilling programs and achieving monthly revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and lead a team of 10‑15 sales representatives from the ground up.
• Own monthly sales quotas and ensure the team meets revenue goals.
• Motivate and coach team members to close deals and achieve top performance.
• Develop deep knowledge of Accredian’s product portfolio and communicate benefits effectively.
• Foster a high‑performance culture where each member feels valued.
• Provide continuous feedback on call quality and maintain high standards.
• Collaborate with reporting management to align the team with organizational objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably within education or related industries.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding large annual targets (10 + crore).
• Experience managing a sales team of 20 + associates, including leads/ATLs.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly self‑motivated with a target‑driven mindset.
• MBA preferred but not mandatory.
