Sales Support Consultant – Lead Generation & Client Profiling

About the role

The Sales Support Consultant will work from our Mumbai office to support Skybound’s global advisory and business development network. You will generate leads, research prospects and build client profiles for associates and advisors in key markets such as Dubai and London, helping to drive the firm’s client acquisition strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, online research, professional databases and company websites.
• Research individuals based on location, profession, seniority, industry, income potential and mobility.
• Develop detailed prospect profiles and qualify leads according to the needs of assigned associates or advisors.
• Collaborate with associates to understand target markets, preferred client profiles and appointment‑setting requirements.
• Maintain accurate, compliant prospect data, avoid duplication and follow approved lead‑sourcing processes.
• Support business‑development campaigns by preparing data sets, identifying new prospect pools and analysing market opportunities.
• Monitor outreach performance, response rates and conversion trends, using insights to improve prospecting methods.

Required profile

• Strong research ability with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent data‑management skills and adherence to CRM and compliance standards.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with international teams and adapt to fast‑paced environments.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and data‑quality processes.
