Sales Staff – Retail Jewelry (Noida)

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Sales Staff position is based at TBZ – The Original’s jewellery store in Noida. You will welcome customers, understand their needs and guide them to the right jewellery pieces, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Present product features, pricing, certifications and guarantees to customers, clearly explaining the value and authenticity of each jewellery item.
• Support the entire sales process from product selection through billing, secure packaging and after‑sales service, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain attractive store displays, arrange stock according to visual‑merchandising standards and regularly refresh layouts to highlight new collections.
• Handle basic customer queries, provide prompt assistance, and actively participate in promotional events and seasonal campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with the store team to achieve individual and collective sales targets while delivering a respectful and inclusive customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service and interpersonal abilities, coupled with a professional appearance and a commitment to respectful interactions.
• Effective verbal communication in English and local languages, with basic numerical and computer proficiency for accurate billing and inventory tasks.
• High attention to detail and a genuine interest in jewellery, fashion or luxury retail, with a willingness to learn product features and certifications.
• Flexibility to work on‑site in Noida, including weekends and peak festive or wedding seasons as required by retail schedules.
• Minimum education of a high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in retail or jewellery showrooms is considered an advantage.
