Sales Specialist

About the role

The Sales Specialist will join EON Elevators' field‑focused team in Kozhikode, driving new business for elevator solutions across residential, commercial and industrial projects. This full‑time, on‑site role involves identifying prospects, presenting proposals and guiding customers from sale through installation and service.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for traction MR, MR‑less and hydraulic elevators.
• Conduct site visits, prepare technical proposals and negotiate terms in line with company guidelines.
• Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients.
• Coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure accurate solutions and smooth handover.
• Track sales pipeline, meet defined targets and provide timely reports to management.
• Participate in product training and market awareness activities.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in construction, infrastructure or elevator solutions.
• Experience in sales management, pipeline tracking and target achievement.
• Good understanding of the Kozhikode market and surrounding regions.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and manage multiple opportunities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Basic usage of a CRM system.
