Sales Specialist – Customer Account Management

About the role

As a Sales Specialist at Maersk you will own a small portfolio of customers, driving growth by understanding their needs and delivering tailored logistics solutions. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring high‑quality service and fostering long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts and support sales activities to achieve business targets.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable logistics solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with French‑speaking customers.
• Communicate market trends, pricing updates and policy changes.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the portfolio.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis.
• Maintain accurate and timely updates in CRM systems.

Required profile

• Graduate of any bachelor's degree.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Certified B2 level fluency in French.

• CRM (experience with any CRM platform).
