Sales Representative

About the role

Nova Medtech is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to promote its range of medical products in the Faridabad region. The role involves engaging with existing and prospective clients, driving lead generation, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively contact existing and new clients to showcase product offers, new launches and special promotions.
• Identify, qualify and convert sales leads into confirmed orders, meeting defined sales targets.
• Track pending orders, coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery, and keep clients updated throughout the order lifecycle.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs, address queries and build long‑term relationships.
• Stay informed about Nova Medtech’s product portfolio, industry trends and competitor activities to position offerings effectively.
• Record client interactions, leads and order status accurately in the company’s CRM and reporting systems.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2‑3 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare, medical devices or trading.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident, client‑facing approach.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and a willingness to learn about medical healthcare products.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
