About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in Faridabad. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates eager to start a career in the healthcare and medical devices sector.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively contact existing and prospective clients to promote medical products, offers, and new launches.
• Identify and qualify sales leads, build rapport, and convert leads into confirmed orders.
• Track pending orders, coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, and keep clients informed.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to understand requirements, address queries, and strengthen relationships.
• Stay updated on product range, industry trends, and competitor activity to position offerings effectively.
• Record client interactions, leads, conversions, and order status using the company's CRM/reporting systems.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–1 years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or trading.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident, client‑facing approach with ability to build rapport quickly.
