Sales Representative – FMCG (Udaipur)

About the role

The Sales Representative will be based in Udaipur and will drive growth of AWL Agri Business Limited’s food and FMCG portfolio across retail, HoReCa and institutional channels. You will manage an assigned territory, build relationships with distributors and retailers, and ensure product availability and visibility in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing distributors, retailers and institutional clients.
• Conduct regular market visits to execute sales and promotional plans, monitor stock levels and shelf displays.
• Collect and analyse market intelligence, competitor activity and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with the regional sales team to achieve sales targets and support collections.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards and reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Proven sales and business development experience in FMCG or food product markets.
• Ability to work independently in the field, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or related field.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Udaipur and surrounding areas.
• Customer‑centric mindset and commitment to ethical business practices.
