Sales Recruiter – Full‑time, On‑site in Himatnagar

About the role

The Sales Recruiter will work full‑time on‑site in Himatnagar, focusing on sourcing, screening and hiring sales professionals to support business growth. You will partner with hiring managers and sales leadership to define role requirements, manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for sales positions, from job posting to offer and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job specifications and workforce planning needs.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using ATS, job boards and social media sourcing tools.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates and negotiate offers.
• Track recruitment metrics and produce regular reports for internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local labour regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales recruitment, handling multiple requisitions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with local labour market and relevant HR qualifications is a plus.
