Sales Officer – Retail & Channel Partner Management

About the role

The Sales Officer role at Bloom Green is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Jodhpur. You will be responsible for building and managing relationships with retail and channel partners, promoting the company’s natural, plant‑based air fresheners, and driving sales growth within the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new leads in the market.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for retailers and distributors.
• Coordinate follow‑up activities to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations and high customer satisfaction.
• Gather market feedback, support promotional activities, and represent the brand professionally.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to respond promptly and empathetically.
• Experience in lead generation and sales‑operations processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear product presentation and negotiation.
• Proven channel‑sales experience managing distributors, retailers, and other partners.
• Preferably background in FMCG or consumer‑products sales.
• Organised, goal‑oriented and able to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field is advantageous; relevant experience may also be considered.
