Sales Officer – Bilaspur

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Officer to manage point‑of‑sale activities in Bilaspur. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, ensuring product visibility and building strong relationships with retail partners.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores to verify product availability, placement, pricing and promotional material compliance.
• Take orders, manage stock levels and ensure optimal assortment for maximum visibility.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory.
• Communicate catalogue updates, promotions and placement strategies to clients.
• Collaborate with Category Management, Merchandisers and the Field/Regional Manager on merchandising initiatives.
• Report sales performance, POS quality and key KPI metrics regularly.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing or related field.
• At least 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Valid driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
