Sales Manager – RFID & EAS Solutions (South India)

About the role

The Sales Manager – South Region will lead revenue growth and market expansion across South India for RFID and Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) solutions. You will acquire new customers, build a robust pipeline, and nurture long‑term relationships in retail, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and supply‑chain sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospects across retail (fashion, jewellery, footwear, consumer electronics, cosmetics), manufacturing, pharmaceutical, warehousing and supply‑chain industries.
• Drive end‑to‑end sales cycles: prospecting, requirement gathering, solution presentation, commercial negotiation and closure.
• Leverage market connections to reach key decision‑makers, conduct demos, and present proposals.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows and industry events.
• Maintain and grow key accounts, ensuring repeat business, cross‑selling and upselling.
• Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline forecasts and coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of overall sales experience, with proven RFID or AIDC sales background.
• Strong network in South or West Indian markets.
• Demonstrated success in business development, pipeline creation and enterprise account management.
• Understanding of retail operations, manufacturing processes, pharmaceutical compliance and supply‑chain workflows.
• Willingness to travel extensively as required.
