Sales Manager – Restaurant Partnerships

About the role

Swiggy is looking for a Sales Manager to own acquisition and engagement of single‑outlet independent restaurants in Bangalore. You will act as the primary point of contact, understand partner challenges, and help drive growth in orders, visibility, and customer engagement through consultative, on‑field selling.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a defined geographic territory and build strong relationships with restaurant partners.
• Conduct 80‑90 in‑person visits per month, delivering product demos, ROI analysis, and partnership proposals.
• Diagnose partner needs, position Swiggy’s solutions, and negotiate contracts.
• Oversee the full lifecycle each month – pitching, activation, and ongoing support.
• Track adoption metrics, identify growth blockers, and implement data‑driven solutions.
• Own revenue targets, maintain pipeline, and report conversion rates.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and provide field feedback for product development.

Required profile

• Experience in B2B sales, field sales, or business development, preferably within the restaurant or on‑demand delivery sector.
• Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and achieve targets.
• Comfortable with frequent on‑site visits and relationship building.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel (or Google Sheets) for tracking and analysis.
