Sales Manager – Prime (Noida)

About the role
The position is for a Sales Manager – Prime who will work closely with Virtual Relationship Managers (VRMs) to convert leads generated from HDFC Bank's preferred customers into sales of BSLI products. The role involves on‑site visits to prospects, product briefing and closing sales.
Key responsibilities
- Receive 3‑4 daily leads from VRM tele‑callers and schedule personal visits.
- Present and brief the BSLI product to high‑value customers (average balance > 2 Lakhs, FD > 15 Lakhs).
- Build and maintain relationships with VRM tele‑callers to maximise lead flow.
- Cross‑sell third‑party products leveraging existing customer relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure lead conversion to closure.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of life insurance sales experience.
- Experience in NBFC or banking sales is acceptable.
- Age limit up to 30 years.
- Open to any gender.
Required skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Good communication skills for product briefing.
