Sales Manager – Precast Construction Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the growth of our precast construction solutions in Gurugram. You will be the primary point of contact for contractors, developers, and infrastructure clients, driving the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, and infrastructure clients.
• Manage the entire sales process, including lead generation, quotation preparation, proposal writing, and contract negotiation.
• Conduct site visits and product demonstrations to showcase precast solutions.
• Coordinate closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure accurate specifications and timely delivery.
• Track sales performance, maintain CRM records, and forecast revenue.
• Contribute to sales strategies aligned with company goals.
• Perform market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends.

Required profile

• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation.
• Excellent client relationship and communication abilities, with experience in stakeholder management and presentations.
• Solid understanding of the construction or infrastructure sector and ability to interpret project requirements.
• Organizational and planning capabilities, including time management, territory planning, and accurate reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; experience in precast, construction materials, or building solutions sales is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and operations teams.

Required skills
