About the role
The Sales Manager will lead the sale of new vehicles, driving gross profit while ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role requires bilingual communication in English and Afrikaans and a strong focus on meeting sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Sell new vehicles to maximise gross profit.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain customer CVP and ensure retention.
- Oversee the day‑to‑day operation of the showroom.
- Participate in advertising and promotional initiatives.
- Liaise with OEMs on all relevant issues.
Required profile
- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
- Ability to work well under pressure and be target‑driven.
- Strong communication skills.
- Team player attitude.
- Minimum four years experience in a sales manager position.
Required skills
- Computer literacy.
