Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead Wayvida’s sales efforts from our Trivandrum office, driving growth by acquiring educators, institutions and strategic partners for our AI‑powered learning platform. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on end‑to‑end sales cycles, from prospecting to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and nurture leads across the education sector.
• Manage the sales pipeline, conduct product demos and prepare tailored proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and customer success teams to align offerings with market needs.
• Monitor market trends, report on sales performance and provide feedback for product improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in consultative selling, lead generation and pipeline management, preferably in B2B SaaS or EdTech.
• Strong account‑management and client‑relationship skills.
• Ability to develop sales strategies, analyse market data and forecast outcomes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
