Sales Manager – India, South Africa & Middle East (excl. Israel)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our growth in India, South Africa and the Middle East (excluding Israel). The role will drive direct and indirect sales of our CAD/CAM/CAE solutions, build reseller networks and nurture long‑term customer partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an operational sales plan for direct and reseller channels, targeting new customers across the assigned regions.
• Identify, qualify and manage leads through CRM, negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, train and enable resellers, conduct pipeline reviews and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to create tailored solutions and compelling presentations.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and market conditions to uncover new opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
• 12‑15 years of proven sales experience, preferably in CAD/CAM/CAE software.
• Strong channel‑sales management background and knowledge of the mold‑and‑die market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territories.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce CRM.
• In‑depth knowledge of CAD/CAM/CAE software solutions.
