Sales Manager – DSA Retail (Kharar)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our Direct Sales Agent (DSA) network in the retail segment for the Kharar region. The role focuses on driving sales growth, managing DSA relationships and ensuring operational efficiency across the customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans in coordination with the AH (Sales) team, considering market trends and competition.
• Monitor the local market and competitor offerings, adjusting DSA activities to maximise performance.
• Maintain and optimise the DSA network, ensuring active relationships meet business objectives.
• Prepare and analyse MIS reports on disbursements, profitability, DSA performance, NPAs and market expansion, providing proactive feedback to partners.
• Identify and pursue local business opportunities, guiding DSA partners through prospect engagement, product positioning and closure.
• Communicate transaction status with prospects and DSA partners to ensure timely approvals and compliance.
• Implement schemes that boost DSA engagement, sales volume and cost efficiency.
• Drive process improvements across sourcing, approval, servicing and collections by collaborating with risk, operations and sales governance teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales planning and managing a network of field agents or distributors.
• Strong understanding of retail market dynamics and competitor analysis.
• Ability to generate and interpret MIS data for strategic decision‑making.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with prospects, DSA partners and internal stakeholders.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and cost optimisation.
