Sales Manager – Client Accounts

About the role

Swiggy, India’s leading on‑demand delivery platform, is looking for a Sales Manager to own and grow relationships with restaurant partners. You will act as the primary point of contact, understand partner goals, and drive revenue through strategic account planning.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for assigned restaurant accounts, conducting regular face‑to‑face business reviews.
• Develop and execute account strategies to meet client objectives and increase market share.
• Track and analyze sales data, account funnels, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Improve partner hygiene and health metrics to accelerate business growth.
• Generate incremental revenue and counter‑share through monetisation and commercial improvements.
• Maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and ensure high NPS scores.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver exceptional service.
• Prospect new partners, present Swiggy’s value proposition, and secure new deals.

Required profile

• Graduate with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in e‑commerce and online marketing channels.
• Confident, proactive, and results‑driven personality.
• Team player with strong analytical mindset.
• Leadership and influencing abilities to build networks across all levels.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
