About the role

The Sales Leadership Program (SLP) at Aditya Birla Capital is an accelerated entry path for recent MBA/PGDM graduates to become sales supervisors in the financial services sector. Based in Noida, the programme combines structured induction, on‑the‑job learning and continuous development to prepare you for a long‑term career in sales.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales of financial products and achieve targets set in the goal sheet.
• Deploy effective marketing strategies to promote financial solutions.
• Provide pre‑ and post‑sales support and services to customers and clients.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and partners, aligning offerings to their needs.
• Plan manpower, lead a team and support their performance delivery.

Required profile

• MBA or PGDM with a specialization in Sales & Marketing or BFSI.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
• High professionalism, motivation and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned zone/region.
• Ambition to build a long‑term career in sales.
