Sales Leadership Program – Sales Trainee (Gurugram)

About the role

The Aditya Birla Capital Sales Leadership Program (SLP) is a fast‑track graduate scheme designed to develop future sales leaders. As a Sales Trainee you will join a structured induction and work across multiple financial product lines, gaining exposure to sales, distribution and client management.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales of financial products and achieve targets set in the goal sheet.
• Deploy effective marketing strategies to promote financial solutions.
• Provide pre‑ and post‑sales support and services to customers and clients.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and partners, aligning to their requirements.
• Plan manpower, lead a small team, and support team members in meeting deliverables.

Required profile

• MBA or PGDM with specialization in Sales & Marketing or BFSI.
• 0–3 years of experience (fresh graduates welcome).
• Willingness to work from any location and travel regularly within the assigned zone/region.
• High learning agility, motivation for a high‑pressure environment, and ambition for a long‑term sales career.
