About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Girl to join our team in Alappuzha, Kerala. The role combines front‑line sales activities with customer support, ensuring a smooth buying experience for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers in person and over the phone to promote products and services.
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide after‑sales support.
• Maintain product displays, manage inventory, and process transactions.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the management.
• Record customer interactions and feedback in the company system.

Required profile

• Minimum educational qualification: SSLC (10th standard) passed.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
• Strong communication abilities and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work the day shift from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Alappuzha.
