About the role

Everdry Solutions is seeking motivated Sales Executives to promote high‑value waterproofing and construction projects. This 100% remote position operates on a pure‑commission basis, allowing you to work from home while converting digitally generated leads into successful sales.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with prospects, understand their building protection needs, and present suitable solutions.
• Handle and follow up on leads supplied by the digital‑marketing team.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up cadence to move leads through the sales pipeline.
• Participate in scheduled team meetings and share updates.
• Prepare and submit accurate reports within required timelines.

Required profile

• Any degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in construction, waterproofing, or building‑materials sales is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable working independently.
