Sales Executive / Telecalling Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive / Telecalling Executive to join our team in Trichy. The role focuses on outbound outreach, presenting our technology solutions, and converting prospects into customers.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products and services.
• Generate and qualify new leads through calls and WhatsApp communication.
• Follow up with prospects, answer queries, and nurture relationships.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the management.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
• Confident and professional telephone communication.
• Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer handling.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
• Female candidates and candidates residing in Trichy are preferred.
