Sales Executive – Sustainable Beverage

About the role

Hydrofuel is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth of its premium, biodegradable mineral water in the Jaipur market. You will work on‑site, building relationships with retailers, distributors and institutional clients while promoting the brand’s eco‑friendly values.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across retail and institutional channels.
• Conduct regular market visits, present product features, and negotiate terms.
• Ensure product visibility and availability at points of sale.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports and gather market feedback.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support promotions and resolve customer issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales, business development or account management, preferably in FMCG, beverages or consumer goods.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable with frequent market visits and cold outreach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English and local languages spoken in Jaipur; familiarity with the regional market is a plus.

• Basic proficiency with CRM tools.
• Competence in using spreadsheets.
• Ability to work with digital communication platforms.
