Sales Executive - Surgical Innovation

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth of its Surgical Innovation portfolio across Goa and coastal Maharashtra. You will promote a range of advanced surgical solutions and build strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and market development for the Surgical Innovation portfolio in the assigned territory.
• Promote products including sutures, stapling, energy devices, electrosurgery, hernia solutions, and advanced surgical systems.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, operating‑room staff, biomedical engineers, and hospital decision‑makers.
• Provide clinical support during surgeries and conduct product demonstrations.
• Execute marketing campaigns, training programs, CMEs, and medical conferences.
• Identify new business opportunities and support government tender activities.
• Manage key accounts, track market trends, and achieve territory sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• High School Diploma with 4+ years experience, or Associate’s Degree with 2+ years experience, or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Proven track record in medical device or surgical product sales.
• Ability to travel within the territory and provide on‑site clinical support.

Required skills

• Electrosurgery product knowledge.
• Energy‑based surgical device expertise.
• Ability to perform surgical product demonstrations.
