Sales Executive – Shopify & D2C (On-site)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Kozhikode. You will focus on connecting with direct‑to‑consumer (D2C) brands and businesses that operate on the Shopify platform, helping them grow through tailored ecommerce solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and outreach to potential D2C and Shopify brand owners.
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales, networking, and follow‑ups.
• Understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
• Maintain accurate lead and activity records in CRM tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and communication.
• Achieve monthly sales and outreach targets.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client‑facing roles.
• Basic understanding of D2C brands, ecommerce, and the Shopify ecosystem.
• Strong communication and follow‑up abilities.
• Confidence speaking with founders, marketers, and business owners.
• Quick learner with a sense of ownership.

Required skills

• Shopify platform knowledge.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
