Sales Executive – Retail

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our retail store located in Downtown Mall, Thalassery. You will be the front‑line representative, helping customers discover and purchase our perfume range while meeting daily and monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Provide high‑level customer service and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare and arrange promotional materials and in‑store displays.
• Follow store SOPs, etiquette, and operating hours.
• Assist the store manager with stock management and audits.
• Complete all required trainings within set timelines.
• Invite customers to the outlet, introduce the MYOP concept, and demonstrate products.
• Support customers in selecting the right perfume.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Perform daily checklists, DSR, and stock requests to head office.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating when necessary.

Required profile

• Graduates preferred; freshers are welcome.
• 0‑1 year of experience in retail sales (B2C) is ideal.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to speak multiple languages.
• Strong work ethic, time‑management, and passion for sales.
