About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our retail team in Thrissur. The role focuses on driving daily and monthly sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience in a perfume‑focused store environment.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets on a daily and monthly basis.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through attentive service.
- Create and set up promotional materials and in‑store displays.
- Follow store SOPs, etiquette, and operating hours.
- Assist the store manager with stock management and inventory audits.
- Complete all required training within stipulated timelines.
Required profile
- Graduates or freshers with a passion for sales; up to two years of retail experience is a plus.
- Strong communication abilities and fluency in multiple languages.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints and escalation when needed.
