Sales Executive – Retail & Hospitality (Goa)

About the role

La Santé is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive the growth of its ready‑to‑drink Mimosa brand across retail, hospitality and event venues in Goa. You will be the face of the brand, building relationships with outlet owners and ensuring our product is prominently displayed and promoted.

Key responsibilities

• Visit retail, hospitality and event outlets to present product features and the brand story.
• Negotiate placements, promotions and visibility at points of sale.
• Track sales performance, maintain accurate records and report using spreadsheets or CRM tools.
• Gather market feedback to support marketing and product decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on brand activations, tastings and local campaigns.
• Manage a dynamic schedule that may include weekends or special events.

Required profile

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Basic proficiency in sales reporting with spreadsheets or CRM tools.
• Willingness to work on‑site and travel locally across Goa.
• Self‑motivated, organized and comfortable in a fast‑growing, entrepreneurial environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Own a two‑wheeler with a valid driving licence.
• Freshers are welcome.
