Sales Executive (Real Estate)

About the role

Home Locator is a fast‑growing real‑estate channel partner that guides homebuyers through the entire purchase journey. As a Sales Executive you will generate and qualify leads, match customers with suitable residential projects and drive the sales process from first contact to closure.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking and digital channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate residential properties.
• Conduct property visits, present project details, configurations, pricing and amenities.
• Negotiate offers, assist with documentation and ensure smooth closure of deals.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build lasting client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
• Stay updated on Bangalore’s residential market and ongoing projects.

Required profile

• Any graduate; freshers are welcome.
• 6 months to 4 years of sales experience (real‑estate experience is a plus).
• Excellent English communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Negotiation, client‑handling and cold‑calling abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Candidates from real‑estate, BFSI, telecom, auto, hospitality, retail, EdTech or B2C sales backgrounds are encouraged.
