Sales Executive – Printing & Packaging Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive new business and strengthen existing relationships within the Printing & Packaging industry. You will be the front‑line representative for our offset, rotogravure, corrugated, monocarton and flexible packaging solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the printing and packaging sectors.
• Generate leads through market visits, networking, cold calling and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct customer meetings to understand packaging requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close sales while protecting profitability.
• Coordinate with production, planning, quality, dispatch and other teams to ensure timely order execution.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, resolve complaints and ensure timely payment collection.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, forecasts and opportunities.
• Travel extensively to meet customers, attend trade shows and represent the company professionally.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred.
• 1‑5 years of sales & business development experience in a B2B manufacturing environment.
• Prior exposure to the packaging industry, especially flexible packaging, is an advantage.
• Strong commercial acumen and technical aptitude.
