Sales Executive (Personal Loans)

About the role
The Sales Executive will drive new customer acquisition for Bajaj Finserv’s personal loan portfolio in Kottakkal. Working on‑site, you will meet prospective borrowers, assess their financial needs and guide them to suitable loan solutions while meeting sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers in Kottakkal and surrounding areas.
- Understand client financial requirements and present appropriate personal loan products.
- Close sales in compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain relationships with existing borrowers, providing post‑sale support and documentation assistance.
- Collaborate with branch staff and participate in local marketing and outreach initiatives.
- Report daily/weekly sales performance and market feedback to management.
Required profile
- Minimum education: Plus Two (12th grade) or higher.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a focus on converting leads.
- Excellent communication and customer‑relationship skills.
- Willingness to work in the field, meeting customers at their locations.
