About the role
The Sales Executive – MDF Division will be responsible for driving revenue growth of MDF products across an assigned territory. You will build and nurture relationships with dealers, carpenters, architects and interior designers to expand market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for MDF products in the assigned territory.
- Manage and grow the dealer/distributor network.
- Identify and appoint new dealers to generate fresh business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with dealers, carpenters, architects, and interior designers.
- Conduct regular market visits and follow‑ups.
- Ensure timely collection of payments.
- Maintain daily sales reports and MIS.
Required profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of sales experience, preferably in MDF, plywood, laminates or building materials.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Required skills
- Channel sales and dealer management.
- Knowledge of MDF and building‑material markets.
- Field sales expertise.
