Sales Executive – Lead Conversion (F&O Trading)

About the role

We are looking for a high‑energy Sales Executive to drive lead conversion and trader activation for Paytm Money’s Futures & Options platform. The role involves outbound calling, resolving onboarding issues and re‑engaging inactive traders while maintaining daily productivity and accurate reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Contact leads facing F&O activation issues, guide them through bank proof verification and resolve document rejections.
• Troubleshoot payment gateway and fund transfer failures to ensure accounts are funded and ready for trading.
• Assist users with order placement errors, margin requirements and execution rejections.
• Engage accounts with active F&O access but zero trades to encourage first order execution.
• Reach out to previously active traders who have dropped off, collect feedback and re‑engage them.
• Maintain strict daily calling discipline, manage lead queues and record client responses in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Submit daily call reports, conversion counts and pipeline updates to leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of inside‑sales or outbound‑calling experience in Stockbroking, WealthTech or BFSI.
• Good understanding of Futures & Options trading, margin concepts and basic KYC/bank documentation.
• Highly disciplined, target‑oriented and able to sustain consistent outbound activity.
• Clear professional verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for daily data entry and reporting.
• Any graduate degree.
