Sales Executive

About the role

At Boketto, we’re building India’s first invite‑only travel club that curates premium group experiences for young professionals. We are looking for a driven sales professional to convert high‑intent leads into bookings while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Convert inbound leads into confirmed bookings through calls and WhatsApp.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable trips.
• Build trust with prospective travellers and confidently handle objections.
• Maintain accurate lead updates in the CRM and ensure timely follow‑ups.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining a high conversion rate.
• Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Required profile

• 0-2 years of experience in sales, consultative sales, or business development.
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to close deals and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and objection‑handling skills.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and WhatsApp for customer communication.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and customer‑centric.
