Sales Executive

About the role

Kingjills Travels is seeking an enthusiastic, target‑driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into bookings, and nurturing long‑term relationships with our travel customers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries related to travel packages and services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking and travel arrangements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and competitor offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.

Required profile

• 0–4 years of experience in sales (travel industry experience preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
• Basic knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations is a plus.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience using CRM tools.
