Sales Executive

About the role

Limestays is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to boost bookings on major online travel platforms and develop offline sales channels. The role is based on‑site in Mapusa, Goa, and requires an immediate start.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage bookings through Airbnb, MakeMyTrip and other OTA portals.
• Handle guest enquiries, respond to messages, and follow up on leads.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed reservations and meet monthly sales targets.
• Identify and cultivate offline sales opportunities via local networks, businesses and channel partners.
• Maintain accurate property listings, rates and availability across all platforms.
• Build strong relationships with guests, customers and business partners.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Track sales performance and work towards revenue goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Prior experience in sales, hospitality, vacation rentals or OTA platforms is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and customer handling abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage multiple enquiries.
