About the role
Thogai Murugan Real Estates is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join its team in Karur. The role focuses on converting leads into site visits and closed deals, supporting the company’s growth in the real‑estate market.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up on inbound and outbound leads and schedule site visits.
- Meet prospects on‑site, present projects, address objections and guide them through the sales process.
- Close bookings and ensure a smooth hand‑over to operations.
- Achieve weekly visit and conversion targets.
- Maintain daily updates in the CRM system.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate.
- Fluent in Tamil and English.
- Comfortable with field work and phone follow‑ups.
- Own a two‑wheeler (preferred).
- Based in Karur and able to work on‑site.
Required skills
What we offer
- Monthly salary ranging from Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 25,000.
