Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will engage prospective and existing customers, understand their travel needs and present tailored travel packages, converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads, conduct follow‑ups, negotiate terms and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and other sales reporting tools.
• Coordinate with operations and destination experts to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Build and nurture long‑term client relationships.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to promotional activities.
• Provide proactive post‑sale support to enhance satisfaction and repeat business.

Required profile

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in spoken and written English.
• Customer‑service orientation with a focus on understanding traveler needs.
• Basic knowledge of travel industry practices; experience in travel, hospitality or tourism sales is an advantage.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lucknow and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Preferably a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Sales, Business, Tourism, Hospitality or related field.
