About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our retail team. You will be the front‑line ambassador, driving daily and monthly sales targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.
- Invite and engage customers, introduce them to the brand concept and guide product selection.
- Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards and in‑store displays.
- Support the store manager with stock management, audits and stock requests.
- Complete all required trainings within set timelines.
- Handle customer complaints, escalating when necessary.
- Prepare daily sales reports (DSR) and checklists.
Required profile
- Graduate or fresh graduate with up to 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably B2C.
- Strong communication abilities and a passion for sales.
- Ability to speak multiple languages.
