Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our retail team. You will be the front‑line ambassador of our brand, driving daily and monthly sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Invite and engage customers, introduce them to the MYOP concept and guide them to the right perfume.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in‑store displays.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards and adherence to SOPs.
• Assist the store manager with stock management, audits, and daily checklists.
• Place stock requests to head office, receive and validate deliveries.
• Handle customer complaints, resolve issues and escalate when necessary.
• Complete all required trainings within defined timelines.

Required profile

• Graduate or fresh graduate with a passion for sales.
• Preferably 2 years of retail sales experience with B2C brands, though freshers are welcome.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to speak multiple languages.
• Strong work ethic, time‑management and customer‑service orientation.
