Sales Executive – IT Hardware Solutions

About the role

TheMVP is seeking a Sales Executive to drive sales of custom IT hardware solutions, including PCs, workstations, servers and AI/ML infrastructure. You will act as the bridge between inbound/outbound leads and our technical teams, translating customer needs into the right hardware configurations.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with inbound and outbound leads for IT hardware solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through cold calls, emails, meetings and networking events.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations as required.
• Prepare, submit and follow up on sales proposals, quotations and contracts.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable systems.
• Track leads and sales activity using a CRM system.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, leads and forecasts.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of experience in IT hardware or B2B technology sales.
• Basic knowledge of PCs, workstations, servers and GPUs.
• Strong communication and client‑handling abilities, comfortable engaging with founders, IT heads and procurement teams.
• Target‑driven with a consultative sales approach.
• Existing network within the Mumbai technology ecosystem is a plus.
